IntroductionPurposeThe purpose of this guideline is to specify a set of recommended BSS radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and a set of important Performance Indicators (PI) associated with each individual KPI. To limit the size of this document it does not contain a description of all included counters and formulas. For detailed information about the Key Performance Indicators please see Ref. [1] and for detailed information about the Performance Indicators please see Ref.
