This  course  is  designed  to  provide  the  par2cipants  with  a  thorough  understanding  of  the  principles  and  techniques  to  implement  and  improve  and  control  a  world  class  5S  program.    Students  will  gain  valuable  insight  through  theore2cal  training,  as  well  as,  hands  on  applica2on.    Addi2onally,  we  offer  to  work  with  the  organiza2on  in  the  development  of  strategic  5S  planning,  execu2on  and  tracking  of  the  program.
