People didn’t change their opinion about the company’s services yet as they didn’t offer anything new or improve their current weaknesses.

• At first people had high expectations as the company promised with a

• lot of free gifts for their current customers however the company didn’t meet these expectations so the customers are disappointed.

• Overall people didn’t feel any change when Mobinil became Orange. The only change they noticed was the logo.

•1-Egypt is a promising market in the coming years. Egypt has a population of approximately 90 million

people, and is increasing by 2 million per year. Today, the usage of the broadband is low, but this

growing population means that the Egyptian market is a promising one.

2-Mobinil in the AMEA region represents roughly 30% of Orange’s customers and more than 27% of

the revenue, 33% of market share so it is a strategic asset for Orange.

3-the most important challenge in Egypt is unemployment .and this is good opportunity for orange .

4-Egypt is more stable than other countries like (Lybia).

5-Not only individuals throughout Egypt will benefit from Orange’s unmatched customer experience,

but the company will also be able to provide new services and benefits to its existing customers

across the region.

1- send messages to customers to welcome them and thank them about they be client of orange company.

2- Do a lot of offers relate to net connection, minutes for free and other services.

3- make advertising in TV, Banners and campaigns.

Blue hat is the only hat which determine what is the process? is also responsible for make correlation between the other hats to reach the positive results
