you will have 2 to 3 weeks of dollar credits on your account. You may use this

for any enrollment. Log-on to our new Customer Portal online

to enroll and view your credits.

MAKE-UP POLICY

Due to limited gym space, will allow you to “bank” your valid make-ups only. Once we can open more

time slots, we will open the program for make- ups.

PAYMENT OPTIONS The 5 week session must be paid in full upon

registration. We accept personal checks and most credit cards. No refunds after first class.

DISCOUNTS

We are sorry! We can not offer any discounts for this session. Due to the maximum number of

Students we can enroll, we must charge full price for all enrollments.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS

Charter Oak Gymnastics’ COVID– 19 Updates & Policies Family Accounts Are Now Online

Charter Oak Gymnastics is now offering registrations through our online portal.

If you are a former customer you already have a family account! Please create a log in that is linked to your primary email address that we have on file.

To create your log in follow the below instructions.

1. Go to CharterOakGym.com and click “Online Portal” 2. Select “Log In” (do not select new customer)

3. Are you a current customer “YES” 4. Click “Forgot Password”

5. Enter your email address and hit submit. You must use the email that we have on your account to link properly.

6. Retrieve your password via your email and log in.

Our phase one plans include but are not limited to the following

We have reduced the maximum capacity allowing for greater separation of students with a one class one coach interaction throughout the class. This will limit the classes available and the

number of students in each class.

Some class times will also be reduced to allow for traffic flow and additional cleaning time with approved viruside cleaning solutions.

Students will enter through the back door with a quick no touch temperature check and hand disinfectant application.

When the students will finish class they will be escorted outside by a staff member from one of the front doors. Please be ready to pick up your child right after class.

The coaches need to return for their next class.

In the main gym only one parent of students 7 years old or younger will be allowed inside. No other parents will be allowed inside the waiting rooms. Social distancing must be maintained

with all adults required to wear face masks. When conditions allow, additional observation may take place through the back of the gym by opening our large roll up doors.

Any parent entering the My Jungle gym floor area with their child will also need to be temperature tested.

Of course please keep any sick child at home. We will not allow sick students into class.

Classes will be arranged in stations to maximize child separation and have limited touching by coaches. All staff will wear face masks and also temperature check before starting work.

We will have hand sanitizer throughout the gym with constant cleaning to include UV light sanitation. Drinking fountains will remain closed.

Parent registration and interaction with the office staff will only be over the phone and the new online parent portal.
