Having received the ATA Cornet in the Chamber of Commerce. It’s necessary to send it immediately on e-mail (in good quality and colour) to the event arranger of the procedure for the confirmation and concurrence with the customs of the Russia;

Before the cargo arrival at the Russian customs send by express post the original of the power of attorney of the person organizing the registration at the customs;

All the import equipment, wear parts must be exported from the territory of the Russia with the same compounds, quantity and quality;

Wear parts, consumables (oils ,isulating tape, carborundum wheels), e.t.c must also be exported from the territory of the Russia in the same quantity, compounds and quality as they were imported.

«ATA Carnet» (an optimum variant for equipment import into Russia)

is registrated in Chamber of Commerce of the member country.

Recommendations for fast Customs registration


Сustoms support in Russia«Temporary import» (more complicated variant)

supposes in advance bringing in deposit by the participant of the Championship to the customs for the imported equipment through the company importer.

Approximately 20% of the product price, without tax and banking service.

After exporting the equipment from the territory of Russia the participant is given back the deposit approximately during a month.

Send beforehand specification (Word/Excel format) on e-mail with the model, the description of each item, the quality, weight (net, total weight), price and the country of origin for approval with the Customs of Russia.

While passing through the customs the customs has to identify each imported item, that’s why you should beforehand send a photo of each item, its system number, with no system number, it should be made with paint or stickers.

Send photos of tractors and ploughs, their information code plate with their identification numbers.

All the import equipment must be exported from the territory of the Russia with the same compounds, quantity and quality.Wear parts and equipment which can’t be identified, are forbidden for import!!! (private things, oils, insulating tape, e.t.c).
