Itinerary:.Day 1: Chaukori:.DAY 1: CHAUKORI - Overnight Stay..On the first day of our package we welcome all our trekkers/travellers at Chaukori for an overnight stay at ourhomestay/hotel and enjoy the scenic beauty of this tiny hamlet in Pithoragarh. Rest for the evening or take a strollaround the place.

If you are coming by your transport, then please reach Chaukori by evening for an overnight stay at a

homestay/hotel arranged by us.

If you have requested mysoulstay.com to arrange your pickup from Kathgodam railways station then we pick

you up and drop at Chaukori by late noon.

2.

If you have requested mysoulstay.com to arrange your pickup from Delhi, then we pick you up early morning

from Delhi and drop at Chaukori by late evening

Note :- We would recommend all the trekkers not coming via their own transport to either choose Kathgodam orDelhi as the pickup point if mysoulstay is expected to provide pickup services. Please note that the vehicle arrangedby us to pick-up the group will stay with the group for the duration of the whole tour providing more flexibility 

 .Day 2: Chaukori:.DAY 2: CHAUKORI – DAULIGARH – RIGVER..Today, we start early from Chaukori and reach Dauligarh by taxi. It’s a 65 kms journey covered in 3 hours manoeuvring theHimalayan roads watching the beautiful surroundings. Once we reach Dauligarh, we take an easy going 4km trek towards Rigverfor our camp site and overnight stay.   Tip – Connect with your travel guide and local villagers in the evening and hear the interesting local stories..Day 3: Chaukori:.DAY 3: RIGVER – BASECAMP..In the morning after a breakfast trek to our base camp (7 km) from Rigver. Our base camp isperched at the top and you get mesmerizing views of surroundings and of Panchachuli peaks.Trek passes through the forests which is a pristine landscape with a wonderful mixture of flora &fauna. It takes XX hours to reach our base camp.Day 4: Chaukori:.DAY 4: BASECAMP – PUNIYATOP..After waking up to a morning filled with Himalayan views, hot tea and the morning breakfast, weembark on our journey towards Puniyatop. Puniyatop lies at the base of the great Himalayanmountain range at an elevation of about 4000 mts above sea level

 .Day 5: Chaukori:.DAY 5: PUNIYA TOP – RINGAL BUGYAL..In the morning after a breakfast trek to Ringal Bugyal (5 km) from Rigver. Today you get mesmerizing views of surroundingsand of Panchachuli peaks. Trek passes through the forests which is a pristine landscape with a wonderful mixture of flora &fauna. Overnight stay in camps at Ringal Bugyal  Tip – Bugyals are a great place to take 360 degree videos or panoramic landscapes. Please connect with the natureand click as many pics as you can. While you are the bugyal, please be a responsible traveler and act as mysoulstayambassador and help in keeping the place clean and clutter free. .Day 6: Chaukori:.DAY 6: RINGAL BUGYAL – CHAUKORI..This is our last day of the small but exciting trek.  In the morning after a breakfast, we descend (8km) and finally head towardsChaukori  (65 km – 3 hrs)  in  a  taxi  for  our  final  milestone in  the trekking journey. Overnight stay at Chaukori at anaccomodation provided by mysoulstay.  Tip – Often Drivers are the best tourist guides. Please connect with them and they will provide you good insights onlocal products, culture, souvenirs and delicacies..Day 7: Chaukori:.DAY 7: CHAUKORI - KATHGODAM/DELHI.. In the morning, We bid farewell to you with our best wishes as you embark on your return journey to your nextdestinations. Please remember to check all your belongings before leaving.

Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is notresponsible for any ID proof related issues.

For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if youprefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress.

In case of fixed departure tours with transportation, Sitting arrangements in BUS /Tempo will be on rotationbasis. Our representative will guide you for this your along with your cooperation.

Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicleas soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will berepaired. Kindly cooperate.

We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly orindirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness,landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.

AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.-In case of packages with Transportation, Vehicles are on Disposal from pre advised meeting point. Client mayarrange on their own to get transfer to the pickup/drop point. Vehicle Charges are inclusive of all toll taxes /parking and driver allowance.

Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which cancreate traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a daykindly inform us in advance.

In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for thesame.

Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation beforebooking).

At many of the tourist destination / hill station - some of the road / shopping market / mall road have "NOENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kindof situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on directpayment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.

It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especiallyfor food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.

No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.-No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide,climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political ornational crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems atairlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational andtechnical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination andwhich is beyond our control.

Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of thetour.

In some cases due to bad weather it is possible that the trek cannot be completed.mysoulstay will do their best to make it possible but your safety is a much bigger concern for us.

mysoulstay reserves the right to modify or cancel the trek or trek itinerary under unusual and unforeseencircumstances. The treks we offer demands a person to be physically fit and mentally strong. Before booking thetrek please tell us if you have any medical condition.

No refunds will be made for any accommodation, sightseeing, meals or services not utilised.-You are solely responsible for your personal belongings during the trek. Behavior that can cause danger,annoyance to others or interfering with the procedure may lead to termination of your participation from thetrip, with no right to refund. We expect you to be a responsible trekker.

We provide basic amenities in the wilderness of Himalayas, please do not expect any luxury treatment. Baggageand personal items are at your risk throughout the trip. You are solely responsible for your personal belongingsduring the trip. Kindly do not carry any valuables during the trek, we are not responsible for any loss of baggage,goods, air tickets, passport, cash, traveller's cheques, or any other travel document or item owned by you whileon tour, whatever the cause.

Trekking in Himalayas requires a degree of personal risk. In certain treks, You are likely to visit places where youmay be facing certain risks, dangers and physical challenges. By participating in a trek with mysoulstay youaccept that you are aware of the personal risks and dangers attendant upon such travel and that you assume therisks involved. You hereby assume all such risks and release mysoulstay from all claims and causes of actionarising from such damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks.

In the case of falling ill or suffering an accident during the trip, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, evacuation fromroad or mountain or any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of your illness/accident are yourresponsibility.
