FRUIT INGREDIENTS & SPECIALITIES Family-owned company since 1986, LES COMTES DE PROVENCE has made fruit the foundation of their culinary creations. Authentic and organic jams: rich in fruit (64-65 %), traditional and organic recipes certified Ecocert (AB for France, Label BIO for the EU, NOP for the US and JAS for Japan). Honey: harvested exclusively in the Mediterranean area. Range of organic honeys certified Ecocert, and labelled Provence : organic orange blossom, organic sweet chestnut, lavender, wild flower honey and lavender honey from Provence with the prestigious label of “LABEL ROUGE”. ARTISANAL BISCUITS The company is run by Mrs Adeline Wendzinski since 2010, who took over Mister Georjon's artisanal bakery and pastry unit created in 1976. Besides making bread on a daily basis, Adeline carries on the tradition of making Provençal biscuits such as «croquants», «navettes» and croissants with pine nuts. All the biscuits are made without artificial preservatives or colouring agents, with respect to Provençal traditions. Adeline Wendzinski has followed professional training courses at “Ecole Supérieure de la Pâtisserie” in Yssingeaux and has been trained by Alain Rolancy, “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, in Lyon. The biscuit workshop of Rognes is on numerous "gourmets" shows in France.

For several generations, the Silvain family has been cultivating the lands of Comtat Venaissin situated in front of Mont-Ventoux. In 1996, two brothers, Pierre and Philippe Silvain started manufacturing “nougat” candy to diversify their source of income, which originally resulted from exclusively their farm's work. Today, they are specialized in the production of sweets based on almonds and honey. They

cultivate 30 hectares of fields of almond trees, producing 10 tons of almonds a year and take care of 400 hives, resulting in 8 tons of honey a year.

Their candies are made with no artificial preservatives or coloring agents. It respects the raw ingredients to satisfy their customers’ high expectations.

Products: Nougats, shelf-life: 18 months The company produces 30 tons of nougat a year. It is sold in their shops and to delicatessens. Nougat Silvain offers 13 varieties of nougat from the most traditional ones - white and black nougat - to the most innovative and unexpected ones, such as sweet- salted nougat or Nougalette – a mix of apricot- fig-pistachio nuts.
