Breakfast

During the next 7 days you will practicing Intermittent fasting 16:8 method. Eat your

first meal of the day between 11 am and 1 pm, and eat your last meal between 6 pm

and 8 pm (eat within an 8 hour window). During your fasted times you should drink

nothing other than coffee with sugar free creamer, stevia, lemon water, tea with

stevia, bone broth

Lunch

Salads should consist of 2-3 cups of lettuce, spinach, or spring mix veggies. Eat snacks with

meals. Make sure to eat snacks and meals within a 1 hour period. Fast for 4-5 hours until

dinner.

no snacking between lunch and dinner! 

May drink water, tea, coffee between meals

Dinner

Drink ACV drink with dinner. 8 oz water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon

apple cider vinegar each night.

1 teaspoon mustard

Chicken Salad

1 Can Chicken breast

1-2 celery stalks

1-2 Tablespoon Hellman's Mayo

paprika

Cheese Sticks

Store bought mozzerella

cheese sticks, cheddar

cheese, pepper jack

cheese. Dip in mustard.

Tuna Salad

1 Can Tuna Fish in Water

1-2 Tablespoon

Hellman's Mayo

Black and Bleu Steak Salad

4- 6 oz grilled steak 

3 cups lettuce

1 hard boiled egg

mozzerella cheese

bleu cheese crumbles

bacon pieces

1 medium avocado sliced

ranch dressing

Shrimp Foil Packet

4-6 oz shrimp

1 tablespoon butter

1-2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt

Bake 12-14 minutes on 425

Italian Roll Up

2 slices sandwich pepperoni

1 slice ham

1 slice salami

1 slice provolone

lettuce

dip in italian dressing
