A personal transformation trip to NepalThis interactive and dynamic journey to Nepal uses a mixture of body, mind and soul awareness,
participatory exercises, yoga, paragliding, cultural experience, to improve your understanding of
your personal journey and personal awareness to enable personal transformation to happen.
This trip includes: • Body, mind and soul awareness exercises
• Going out of your comfort zone
• Exploring the Nepalese and Tibetan culture
• Exploring personal transformation
• Discovering Kathmandu and Pokhara main sites
• Exploring transformation through literature, music, movies and outdoor activities
We often discover new things about ourselves when we're in unusual situations,
or facing new challenges. Our reactions or responses to new environments, new people, or new
activities out of our comfort zone can help us understand how we deal with some of the more
familiar aspects of our lives. However, rather than waiting for new experiences to arrive, it can be
really valuable to look for them proactively.
Join us for this beautiful journey in Nepal.
*In order to get the most out of this experience we are limiting this trip to 12 participants.
Yours sincerely, The Training team

Pokhara is the second largest city in Nepal. It is the starting point for most of the treks in the Annapurna area. Pokhara is the mirror to the Himalaya, it ticks all the right boxes, with spectacular scenery, adventure activities, and accommodation and food choices galore. There’s much more to Pokhara than its laid-back charm.
It is arguably the best paragliding venue on the globe and is surrounded by white-water rivers. The city itself has relatively modern hotels and restaurants, but you’ll also find ancient lakes, waterfalls and gorges, and, of course, majestic views of the Himalayan Mountains.
