1. Learning takes time, effort, and motivation!
Some say:
To become skilful in a new area:50 to 100 hours
Becoming an expert 8 to 10 years.(+/- 10.000 uren)
Is this really a 10.000 hours rule? No!(oa Macnamara et al, 2014)
Huge differences!
Some people will never learn
Also: practice isnt enough!(Andersen, 2016)

2. Concentration spans are short!
