BATHUKAMMA CULTURAL FESTIVAL

We have celebrated Bathukamma at AITS-HYDERABAD ON 27TH September 2018.

Bathukamma is floral festival celebrated predominantly in Telangana and some parts of Andhra

Pradesh. Every year this festival is celebrated as per Sathavahana calendar for nine days starting

Bhadrapada Pournami till Durgashtami.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE DAY

English Language Day is organized by Department of Humanities and Sciences every year. We

have celebrated in our college campus on 23/04/2018 as is widely known on 23rd April each year

as English language day, the date historically discovered as date of death of William

Shakespeare. The Day is that the results of a 2010 initiative by United nations following the aim

of the UN's language days is to celebrate multilingualism and cultural diversity moreover on

promote equal use of all six official languages throughout the Organization.

TECH FEST ( Techical Festival )

We have celebrated Tech Fest is the annual science and technology festival of AITS –

Hyderabad. . It also refers to the independent body of students who organize this event along

with many other social initiatives and outreach programs around the year.

WORLD YOUTH SKILLS DAY-15 July 2018

We have celebrated World Youth skills day in AITS – Hyderabad. The goal is to achieve better

socio-economic conditions for today’s youth as a means of addressing the challenges of

unemployment and under employment. Competitions such as Debate and Quiz were held to mark

the day.

WORLD YOUTH DAY

Worldwide Youth Day also called as Global Youth Day (IYD) offers a chance to celebrate and

standard youthful people groups' voices, activities and activities, just as their significant, general

and fair commitment. We have celebrated at AITS-HYDERABAD ON 12TH August 2014 with

the Participation of 60 students and staff members. The recognition will appear as a web

recording style conversation that is facilitated by youth for youth, along with freely coordinated

celebrations all throughout the planet that perceive the significance of youth cooperation in

political, monetary and public activity and cycles. Students from all the branches gathered have

participated along with staff.
