LESSOR REFURBISHMENT WORKS

The Lessor has recently completed a programme of refurbishment works to both the

internal and external components of the building. These works included:

INTERNAL WORKS

Ground floor -Removal of all Lessee fixtures and fittings and return of the

accommodation to an open plan configuration, with new ceiling grid and tiles, T5

lighting, and new carpet.

Levels 1, 2 and part 3 – removal of all Lessee fixtures and fittings, placement of new

carpet, repairs to the ceiling grid and tiles, and painting throughout.

General tidying up of the WCs

Upgrade to lift car interiors

Conversion of part of the ground floor back to an entry lobby suitable for a multi

occupied building.

EXTERNAL WORKS

Improvements to the entry point to the building off Talavera Road, with new stainless

steel hand rails.
