Emergingcountries and regions typically dominate growth rates as their fixed infrastructure have been historically weak and theystart the forecast period with a smaller base and household penetration. OESEA will add the most (39% of all the net additions), followed by Western Europe (20%), then NorthAmerica (16%), then Latin America and the Caribbean (9%), Eastern Europe (also 9%), and then the Middle-East andCentral & Southern Asia (both with 3%) and Africa contributing the least with 1%.
