Can end inspection with TC Vision.e system
The TCVision product family is based on several industrial proven high-end performance systems for the entire metal packaging production process. With its intuitive user interface and specific modular layout for each customer’s require- ments it is the first choice to implement in each production stage.
Continuous engineering used in the design, allows the whole TCVision product family to not just indicate the requirements on product quality with 100% accuracy, the system also is part of the continuous process improvement in manufac- turing.

TC Vision.e – The benefit of 25 years of continuous engineering – Made in GermanyThe TCVision product family with its modular architecture enables the system to be adapted to the specific require-ments of your production. The optical design combined with specialized illumination offers the ability to detect specific groups of features and errors in each station with high accuracy and reliability.
The TCVision.e inspects ends for deformation, dimensional accuracy, ridges, dents, cracks and completeness. It incor-porates a high resolution RGB-camera, hence colour verifi-cation is not a challenge for the system.
From our knowledge of customer needs, we have recently integrated the first inline oil detection capability into end inspection systems.
Our common TCVision user interface is based on a client- server architecture which allows for parallel parameteriza- tion and self-tests during running production.
