• Zyvax FreshStart is a water based cleaner with a mild abrasive.

• Shake container and apply in small areas of mold and spray some water.

• Wipe around small areas and wipe off any excess. Rinse only with water.

• Chemlease MPP 1006W is a water based version of MPP 2180 used for sealing porosity in composite molded or machined tools

• Same application as MPP 2180. 30 minutes between coats and 1 to 2 hours after final coat.

• MPP 1006W will give a semi-gloss finish on the mold as opposed to a high gloss with MPP 2180

• Zyvax SealBrite is a water based sealer that works as a barrier coat and also has release properties.

• It is a wipe on and then wipe off application. Wait 15 minute between coats and a final cure of 30 minutes

• Final cure can be accelerated with a heat cure• Zyvax 1070W is a non silicone water based release

that does not require a heat cure• Wipe on leave on application. 5 minute cure between

coats and only a 5 minute cure for the final coat.• Much easier to clean than traditional semi-permanent

cured releases that require media blasts or solvents
