95 TLF is an articulated crane designed to work with the maximum power and resistance to heavy work. It can be mounted on a 3 or 4 axle truck, and it’s specifically designed for material handling, heavy lifting & precision jobs. In fact, 95 TLF combines the strength of a mobile crane with the advantages of a truck crane with a jib, and it guarantees the highest quality in design and materials.

With one crane, you can operate in many different applications, and with the fly-jib you can move and place expensive machinery, glass panes and steel construction parts on site in an easy, fast and safe way.

MADE WITH HIGH PERFOMANCE QUALITY STEEL Effer chose to only use the best high-resistance steel on the market, that’s why we build our cranes with Strenx™ steel, made by SSAB, the world’s leading steel producer in the world.

INTEGRATED SUBFRAMEA very compact counter frame, which guarantees more load capacity and an excellent weight/stiffness ratio.

CONTINUOUS ROTATIONIn rotation with slewing ring, the oil and electrical signals pass from the base to the top through a rotating distributor that does not limit the manoeuvres of the crane. The mechanical coupling of slewing ring and gear motor ensures the operator power, fast and precise movements of the load.

QUALITY PAINTING Effer coating treatments guarantee

a long duration and a complete protection from tear and wear due to

heavy works. Geomet treatment on components ensures the maximum

resistance to rust.

DESIGN OF HYDRAULIC PIPES

The pipes of cylinders are designed as multi-bend to fit the movements of the crane, ensuring the

maximum operating speed of the oil, even in harsh

climates and prevents it from overheating.

OIL COOLER WITH AUTOMATICOR MANUAL ACTIVATION

SAFE LOADPro.Dec Progressive Deceleration System which consists of end of stroke hydraulic shock absorbers inside the extension cylinders. With the Pro.Dec system, the transfer from one extension cylinder to the next takes place at a reduced speed, for opening and closure both. The system reduces load oscillation, making the work safer and more efficient.

The standard 2.500/1.900 daN winch can be activated via remote control. The base plate is designed for winches up to 3.500 daN.

STABILISERSOnce the stabilizers are fully extended, the height adjustment of all stabilizers canbe done from the level gauge side only.
