4. In the Action Tags dialog box, under Available Action Tags, select the Telephone Numbercheck box, and then compare with Figure 2.

For the Telephone Number smart tag, the action tag will add the telephone number tothe Outlook Contacts folder.

5. Click OK to close the dialog box, and then click Save .

6. On the Design tab, in the Views group, click Datasheet View, and then compare withFigure 3.

Smart tags are indicated with a small purple triangle in the cell’s lower-right corner.

7. Point to any telephone number to display the Smart Tag Actions button.

8. Click the Smart Tag Actions button to display the Smart Tag Actions list, as shown inFigure 4.

The Smart Tag Actions list displays the available actions for the Telephone Numbersmart tag type.

9. Close the Navigation Pane. Click Start , click All Programs, and then open theAccessories folder. Click Snipping Tool, click the New button arrow, and then click Full-screen Snip.

10. Click the Save Snip button . In the Save As dialog box, navigate to your Access Chapter10 folder, Save the file as Lastname_Firstname_a10_Parks_Snip and then Close theSnipping Tool window. Print the snips or submit your files as directed by your instructor.

11. Close the Employees table, and then Exit Access.
