MTE Heart Team: Walking Together
It is a great pleasure for us to announce the 9th Interventional Symposium on High Risk and Innovative Cardiac Interventions “Meet the Experts – MTE 2016” that will be held at Università della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano from 21st to 23rd June 2016.
As you all know, our meeting will be offering the ideal conditions for learning new techniques and improving one’s specific knowledge on car-diac interventions, a field that is dramatically evolving.
Limits once considered impossible to go beyond have now become part of our daily activity and our mind is projected to new exciting, challenging adventures.
An impressive and unexpected technological development goes along with a substantial change in our philosophy. What used to be a “one man show” is now managed with a “team approach”, i.e. a synergy of persons with dif-ferent skills working together for one sole goal. Multimodality, multidisci-plinary and, why not…multi-mentality are just a few of the new terms coi-ned for expressing the modern, patient-oriented, “heart team” approach.
High risk and innovative cardiac interventions are discussed and performed by a highly competent and experienced heart team.
Let’s walk, think and create together!
