• 12 countries now have formally used the tool for Joint Assessment of National Strategy & Plans (JANS)

• Resulting in improved strategy with an emphasis on a proper results framework and increased confidence from funders

•18 countries now have compacts specifying the commitments of all partners to implementing the strategy

•This mutual accountability is increasingly enforced by specific indicators, and we hope to assist countries on improving this monitoring based on the experience with IHP+Results
