BONUS FEATURES
The Library’s surroundings and interior were inspired
by the natural beauty of the Central Valley and the rich
cultural heritage of its Native American people. Variations
of native basket weave patterns are found throughout the
Library, from the elliptical tower of woven steel, glass, and
wood to the granite floor entryway laid out in a stair-step
pattern to the fabrics used on furnishings.
