Clinical Summary
Underwent laparotomy for Blunt trauma abdomen in 2009 Anastomosis leaks and re-do laparotomy is done on 14th post
operative day Stoma is sited and midline wound dehisced Midline wound closes by secondary intention Stoma reversal done 5 months postoperatively
He has now started the job as a Gardener
8 months followup – there isNo herniationNo Wound infection
