No Car Parking Charges, Demarcated Leveled Parking area for Exhibitors, Visitors and VIPs.

The event site features a wide expanse of the facade which will ensure a smooth flow of visitors, thus enhancing the visitor experience.

The Welcome-Kit which is presented to each Exhibitor includes All-area Access Passes and stationery.

The complete visitor database will be provided to the Exhibitor.

Stall Size will not be altered (decreased or increased) in any of the Sections on the demand of any exhibitor, after allocation.

You can avail a uniform height of up to 3.3 mtrs for Sponsor Stalls, Island stall, Premium Stall and 2.5 mtrs for all stalls in Premium Section, Corner Stalls, Regular Stalls & Section A. All octanorm stalls will have a maximum height of 2.5 mtrs irrespective of stall type.

No additional stall height will be permissible.

Participants will have to adhere to this restriction very strictly.

When exhibitors are making their own arrangement for erection of stall, they have to make sure that the back of any dividing walls, panels or exhibits must be painted white or masked to present a neat & finished appearance. This is to ensure that the stalls behind the back-wall and the stalls nearby have a clean and aesthetic ambience.

Note: For effective Air Conditioning, please do not create a false ceiling over your stalls.
