Deposit
A deposit of £2,000 is required to be paid, on
reservation, subject to contract, which will be retained
if the purchaser withdraws before exchange of
contracts.
Reservation
On reservation, we will require details of the
purchaser’s solicitor who will be instructed
immediately.
Exchange of Contracts
The exchange of contracts date will be strictly
adhered to. If any contracts are not exchanged on or
by the appropriate date, Weston Homes Plc reserves
the right to re-offer the property. It is therefore in the
purchaser’s interest to keep in close contact with the
selling agents, Savills.
Completion
On reservation an anticipated completion date will be
given and the selling agent will keep you informed as
to the progress of construction.
The appropriate notice of completion will be given as

of reservation.
The reservation manual includes all the purchasing

The manual also takes the purchaser through all the
stages they will encounter from reservation through to
exchange and will even give advice on how to prepare
for completion and occupancy.
When collecting the keys for a property at Eastfields the
purchaser will then receive a further handover manual,
presented in a leather-bound folio containing all
manuals for every appliance in the new property as
well as important information and contact details.
The homeowner’s folio presented also allows the
purchaser space to add any other documents which
they may collect throughout the purchasing process.
The manuals are provided to make buying and moving
in at Eastfields as stress-free as possible.

Leave the M11 at junction 12 and follow the signs to

Leave the A14 at junction 34 and turn right on the

Turn right onto Newmarket Road/A1303 and in
0.1 mile at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto
Barnwell Road/A1134. In 0.9 mile, at the roundabout,
take the 1st exit onto Coldhams Lane and Eastfields
will be on the left in half-a-mile.
By road from the A14 from the east
Leave the A14 at junction 35 and at the roundabout
take the 1st exit onto Newmarket Road/A1303.
In 1.2 miles at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto
Airport Way. In 0.9 miles continue onto Cherry
Hinton Road and go through one roundabout.
In 0.4 mile continue onto Teversham Drift. In 0.1 mile
at the roundabout continue straight to stay
on Teversham Drift. Go through one roundabout
and at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit
onto High Street. In 300 ft turn right onto
Coldhams Lane and Eastfields will be on the
right in half-a-mile.
If you arrive at Cambridge station
Cambridge has excellent rail connections across the
country including London King’s Cross and Liverpool
Street. To reach Eastfields from Cambridge railway
station either take one of the many cabs from the rank
or catch a Citi 1 bus to Cherry Hinton by walking south
0.1 mile to Railway Station Stop 2. Alight at St Andrew’s
Church and walk 0.6 mile along Coldhams Lane until
you find Eastfields on your right-hand side.
Taking the bus from the centre of Cambridge
Catch the number 17 Stagecoach bus from
Emmanuel Street, Fair Street, Napier Street or
Elizabeth Way and alight at Hatherdene Close.
