What’s behind the Success?

• It’s not the game plan, it’s the CULTURE!• It’s not the player, its the group!• It’s not about getting “individual exposure”

it’s about the FAITH and TRUST that the performing group of players will be so outstanding that their their individual talents will be recognized as well.

Breakaway Speed

Who are we? Jeff Wressell and Carrie Keil have over 34 years combined in teaching stride mechanics and coaching all levels of hockey players.

What do we do? Develop hockey players skating and speed to their fullest potential using the Woodway Blade skating treadmill and a tailored curriculum.

How do we do it? Constant focus on correcting and perfecting stride mechanics while building power and increasing speed.

Curriculum? Progressive training levels and curriculums (Novice, Junior, Collegiate and NHL) that all build on each other while constantly focusing on mechanics and building muscle memory.

Reading for the Summer• “Endurance” by Worsley• “The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt” by Edmond Morris.• “Training Camp” by Jon Gordon• “Season of Life” by Jeffrey Marx• “The Butterfly Effect” by Andy Andrews

Why read? Because none of you are born leaders and all of you can improve upon your perspective on life.

Each of you should be driven to better yourselves not only on the ice but in your heart as well as your mind.
