Use these cards to introduce students to answering questions using evidence from the text. I have printed them on colored paper and will be

introducing them by posing the top question to the group, asking students orally how to “flip” the question, and then flipping the card to reveal the

answer. These will then become one of the activities in my partner reading area for partners to use to discuss books together.
