International Patients


CIMS International Patient Department will be established to look after

its overseas patients and make them feel at home.

The Department will coordinate between the Patient and Specialists and process all the

logistical details to make their stay a smooth and comfortable one.

Right from their landing to their fly-back home, CIMS will be able to take care of all the

patient's and their relative’s needs. Transportation, Accommodation, Consultation

and/or Admission will be taken care of in an efficient manner.

Cashless Settlement

CIMS Insurance Desk will provide services in facilitating cashless payment of hospital bills.

If the patient is a mediclaim policyholder (of private and public insurance companies), he can avail of cashless payment through Insurance.

The patient can contact our Insurance Desk to facilitate authorization of its cashless treatment. Patients will be given cashless treatment to the extent of the amount that is approved in the authorization forms by the Third Party Administrator (TPA) subject to terms and conditions of mediclaim policy.

Only 2.5% get diagnosed and corrected, while the rest remain untreated due to lack

of diagnosis and financial resources. Same is the case of adult population, wherein a

majority remains untreated due to the same reasons.
