Cabernet Dominant, these wines blend a touch of Cabernet Franc and Merlot to create a spectacular style of South Australian wine. The Henschke family are lesser known, but as equally regarded as Penfolds. Cyril is named after the father of the winemaker who took the family name to where it is now. We have four different vintages within a decade showing a range of complexity unique expressions of the wine.
