It is not an absolute state.

Being healthy means striving to be the best that you can each and every day.

Health People 2010 is a national wide health promotion and disease prevention plan designed to serve as a guide for improving the health of all people in the US.

The plan is revised every 10 years, aims to promote health and prevent illness, disability, and early death.
