Nominee biographies can be found on the other side.

Tim Neufeld

Tim and his wife Kare have been at PAAC since moving into the area in 2011,

when he took the park warden supervisor position at Prince Albert National

Park. Outside of work, Tim keeps busy with house renovation

projects, art, guitar, running, canoeing, hunting and gardening. Tim grew up in

a believing home and being involved in the church was the norm wherever

they lived. A few of those years were actually in PAAC; but he’s grown up a bit

since and probably won’t put his head through the wall again! As Tim’s career

has bounced them through various national parks, he has had the privilege of

being involved in a variety of ministries in churches along the way. God has

been faithful and Tim’s goal is to put to use the gifts he has been given to

serve those around him.

Jerry Janzen

Jerry was born and raised in PA, leaving for 10 years to attend Bible School, University & travel. Returning in 1985, he joined a dental practice with his father. Jerry is married to Carol and they have 3 sons. Previous involvements at PAAC have been youth ministry, Sunday School teacher, elder & audio technician. Jerry & Carol are currently leading the Young Adults bible study. His interests include outdoor activities, numerous sports, and travel.

Arden Bach

Arden, his wife Cheryl and their daughters, Kassia and Hannah moved to Prince Albert in the spring of 2011. He was raised on a family farm near Jansen, SK, where he was blessed to receive biblical teaching in his home and church. At a young age he responded to God’s call of salvation. Arden attended two winter semesters at Briercrest Bible College. At his baptism Arden was challenged with the verses from Romans 12:1-2; and his desire is to be a servant where God calls him. Arden volunteers in a variety of ways, including hospitality ministry, the missions committee, and with the Gideon’s.

Evan Sawatzky

Evan grew up on a farm near Waldheim, SK, in a Christian family. His faith and love for Jesus truly became his own while attending Capernwray Bible school in Australia in 2007. He then moved to Moose Jaw SK for his education in Accounting. While living there, he volunteered with his church's Youth Group. After completing his education in 2009 he moved to Prince Albert for work and began attending the Alliance Church. He immediately got plugged in to volunteering with the youth program and has also served in the men’s minis-tries. He currently works as an Accountant and Farm Business Advisor. Evan and his wife Debbi have 2 sons, Damien and Theodore.

Clay Bergen

Clay was born and raised in Hepburn, before moving with his parents to Manitoba for high school. He returned to Hepburn to complete a degree at Bethany Bible Institute before getting an education degree at the U of S. Having secured a wife in the northern town of Big River, he gained a job shortly thereafter and worked in Big River until 2013, until he was transferred to Carlton Comprehensive High School. He has spent 10 summers traveling to Ukraine to teach English and has coached many school teams, taught adult and youth Sunday School, while holding various board positions throughout the years.

PETER’S PANTRY

with four PA schools to

provide emergency

food supplies to chil-

dren and their families

in hunger crisis. Emer-

gency food supplies

are also provided to members of the church family

when requested. A collection wagon is

available in the front foyer to facilitate anonymous

donations of food and toiletries from the

congregation and community. This ministry is

completely funded by monetary and goods

donations.

On Communion Sunday (first Sunday of every

month) we would like to highlight Peter’s

Pantry. We encourage you to bring a dona-

tion and be a part of reaching out to Prince

Albert!
