PPG Envirocron Product Range

The Envirocron range of products and colours is one

of the most extensive available. The range includes,

but is not limited to:

• Polyester – engineered for excellent exterior and

interior durability particularly in UV exposed areas • Epoxy – engineered to provide exceptional chemical

and mechanical performance for use in non-UV

exposed applications • Hybrid – engineered for a range of cost and film quality

benefits including thin film build technology, low cure

and exceptional film performance • Anti Graffiti – Engineered to allow the easy

removal of graffiti and other contamination

Finishes

Care and Maintenance

Like all coatings, a much longer life from powder coated products

can be expected if it is given a regular wash. The effect of ultra violet

light, atmospheric pollution, general dirt and airborne salt deposits

all accumulate over time and should be removed at regular intervals.

PPG recommend regular cleaning takes place every 6 months or

more frequently in areas where pollutants are more prevalent, such as marine, industrial and geothermal areas.

1. Dirt and loose deposits should be removed with

a wet sponge to prevent scratching. 2. Using a mild detergent in water, clean the powder

coating with a soft brush. 3. Always rinse thoroughly with fresh water.

Custom Colours

PPG Envirocron Powder Coatings have a wide range of colours

and special effect products available as stock items. This range is

much greater than just the colours depicted on this colour chart.

Please enquire if you require colours other than those depicted

on this chart. If you require a colour or product type which is not

available as a stock item then PPG can match and make a small

batch specific to your unique colour and finish requirements.

Warranties

PPG Envirocron Powder Coatings are available in a

range of grades depending on the required performance

of the coating. Job specific warranties are available to authorised applicators and the terms of the warranty will be

determined based on a range of considerations including,

but not limited to, product type, application, situation and
