    Experts estimate that success is 80% attitude& 20% aptitude

    positive mental attitude and success.

    Pessimist v/s optimistic.

    Generally when thing go wrong, pessimist blame themselves whereas optimistic blame out side sourse.when thing go right pessimist

    credit luck while optimistic credit hard work. it is best to possess

    some aspect of each personality.

    Change negative self talk into positive self talk

    Negative self talk get you no-where. It can even prevent you from

    recognizing when there is a problem and if you dont know there is aproblem you cant find a solution

    Positive self talk focuses on the fact that you have choices. it also help toboost your mood and motivate you to do something about on unhappysititutation.

    Recognizing negative self talk

    Sometime we engage in negative self-talk without ever realizing it. Howdo you know?
