Seokyung TSC (SK) was established in 1995, and is a

leader in the die-casting and manufacturing of

aluminum raised access flooring for the high tech

microelectronics and semiconductor industries. SK also

has a strong focus on the pharmaceutical, communications,

data and TFT-LCD markets.

Since 1995, SK has developed, designed, engineered,

and supported products to meet the ever-changing

requirements of these industries. SK provides custom

solutions and technical support on a worldwide basis.

Floor Panels

SK produces both a 2000 and a 3000-pound line ofpanels in empirical dimensions as well as a metric lineof products to meet all international, military and government requirements and specifications. All panels are available in solid, perforated, and grateddesigns. Each panel is diecast, milled, produced andfinished under the highest standards and qualityguidelines in the industry.

To maintain these high quality and manufacturing controls, SK produces -- from ingot to finished product-- 100% of their panels under one roof in their facilityin Jincheon, South Korea. Currently, SK is the onlycompany who manufactures panels with 0% of theproduct development outsourced.

SK has the largest panel production capability in theindustry. Current production capacity is 5,000 panels,or 20,000 square feet, per day and we’re working todouble this in the future as the market requires.

Solid Panels

Where heavier loads are required, the unique rib structureprovides excellent dispersionof the weights to achieveminimum deflection withmaximum load-bearing capacities for placement ofequipment and tool move-ins.

Pedestal Systems

SK’s Aluminum Pedestal Bases are available in both aStandard Duty and Heavy Duty version, depending uponthe loading requirements of the project. Each comescomplete with matching Pedestal Heads and are available in both a mill-finished and epoxy-powdercoatedfinish. The pedestal bases can be mechanically fastenedto the subfloor or concrete foundation, or they can befixed with an adhesive to secure them in place.

Both the Standard Duty and Heavy Duty Pedestals haveundergone, and performed exceptionally well in, CISCAAxial Load and Overturning Moment Tests on pedestalswith an FFH of between 12 and 48 inches.

In addition, we have a complete line of Steel PedestalBases.

Dampers

Dampers are available for perforated and grated panelsto adjust the airflow through the floor to balance a roomaround tools and work stations. They are adjustablefrom 0 - 100% open in incremental settings.

Acrylic Insert Panels (Vision/Access)

Vision or Access Panels are available with acrylic insertswhich are produced to the Customer’s specified size toallow you to see beneath the panel from above, or toallow easy access.

Stringers

SK stringers are extruded aluminum profiles designedto fit between and span the pedestal heads to provide lateral support to the system. The stringers DO NOTin any way determine the spacing requirementsbetween the pedestals as the holes are elongated(slotted) to allow them to conform to the size of thepanels.
