RK is the region’s largest and best-equipped supplier of mechanical, fabrication and service solutions for construction, industrial and commercial clients. Over half a decade ago, RK started as a specialty mechanical subcontractor hired by general contractors to provide HVAC, plumbing, piping and sheet metal services on major construction projects. Today, RK operates two facilities in Denver and Henderson, Colorado that span 24 acres and include 155,000 square feet of leading-edge fabrication and manufacturing space. Under the leadership of brothers Rick and Jon Kinning (sons of Ron Kinning, the company’s founder) this second-generation family-owned business has grown to become the Rocky Mountain region’s largest mechanical contractor—and much, much more. RK MECHANICAL RK Mechanical is the Rocky Mountain Region’s largest and best equipped full-service mechanical specialty contractor. We provide integrated preconstruction planning, building information modeling and project management to ensure smooth execution. We fabricate and install sheet metal, plumbing and piping in all types of facilities, including high-rise office, multi-family, medical, government, technology, event centers and more.

RK ELECTRICAL RK Electrical delivers a variety of electrical services, installations, repairs and retrofits for all types of commercial, industrial and multi-family residential facilities. We can provide temporary and emergency power, electrical wiring, Arc Flash hazard analysis as well as torque and clean. We also offer infrared thermography scanning, LED lighting and control, heat trace/snow melt and power factor correction.

RK MISSION CRITICAL RK Mission Critical constructs data centers off-site in our facility and then quickly assembles them at the customer’s site. Customers enjoy the same quality, and level of design customization, that they get with traditional construction. But unlike on-site construction, our building-block units offer the scalability to expand their data centers to match changing IT requirements for a lower total cost of ownership.

RK WATER RK Water delivers innovative, full-spectrum water treatment services. We specialize in services for all open condenser, steam and closed-loop systems. RK Water is the exclusive manufacturer and primary dealer of the Silver Bullet™ Water Treatment System, a revolutionary evaporative cooling water treatment system that can conserve water and reduce the chemicals used in traditional water treatment applications.

RK SERVICE RK Service is a reliable single source for all facilities service needs, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, drain cleaning, electrical, excavation and facilities staffing services. We ensure that facilities run more efficiently and that tenants are satisfied. We have over 50 service technicians and you can call us 24-7 for emergencies. We offer planned maintenance agreements that will reduce long-term service costs and resolve issues before they become emergencies.

RK STEEL RK Steel is a premier shop for the full-service fabrication and installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals. Our end-to-end services make it easy for clients because they only have to work with one partner – instead of multiple subcontractors – to efficiently manage the entire steel supply chain. Our precise project planning results in more accurate up-front pricing, reduced project risk, lower on-site costs and ultimately, higher quality product.
