Story Mill Wetland and Stream RestorationProject:To restore wetlands and section of the East Gallatin adjacent to

the historic Story Mill. The hoped for outcome is the addition of a city park in Bozeman.

Project:Site purchased by Trust for Public Land in 2012. Completed

extensive public outreach, monitoring and developed concept for the Park and restoration components in 2013.

Application for the Story Mill Community Park was submitted to the Trails, Open Space and Parks (TOP) committee last week.

RESPEC is taking the conceptual restoration design to a 75% level of design.  Will complete if TOPS approves the application.

If approved, restoration construction activities slated to begin this August or September.
