It is a privilege to work with parents, staff and students and to serve a community whose undeniable support is evident in the success of our campus. At John F. Kennedy Elementary, we strive to create lifelong learners by immersing students in fun, challenging and hands on activities. We understand that students need to have a sense of belonging; therefore, we provide numerous special clubs and committees where students strive in building relationships through organizing/planning of events.

We emphasize meeting goals by monitoring various reading programs such as Reading Renaissance, Imagine Learning and grade level

curriculums. Goal setting is an integral part of student success. Our staff ensures all students participate in a STAAR Bash every six weeks where goals are reviewed and achievements are rewarded. We believe each student is capable of reaching their dreams when home and schools work together. It is my goal to partner with you to continue to enrich the learning experience for our students.

Maria GuerraMaria Guerra, PRINCIPAL
