It’s the data, stupid…
• Tools come and go. Conversations are the thing
• And telling everybody to use the same tool might be attractive, but would involve unfeasibly large amounts of behaviour change from all across the supplier/user spectrum
• Whereas data, once created, can be made to pop up all over, can be referred to over time, is vastly expensive to generate, but equally valuable in the scheme of things..
