Open work session Faculty groups internally recap progress and complete mapping boards as they see fit. DAY$6!JANUARY!31ST Guest Presentation: Chef Adam Molonas: Innovation in the Kitchen Give an overview of the junk food landscape today and how to bring our favorite snacks from processed foods back to the kitchen Assignment: Final Solution Prep aruliden to walk faculty through the deliverables for the end of the next working session.
