products such as Bakery, Pastry and Cakes. However, Alsalman Factory established

on the latest technology from Italy, France and Switzerland to reach the level of a

high performance which tandem with the boom of civilization that has been

witnessed by the world. Moreover, it is inevitable that the level of production , bakery

and cake on a global level with the latest equipment and automated lines in order to

achieve international standards in food safety , both at the production level or at the

employees’ safety, by getting through the highest ( ISO 22000 ) certification, ( OSHA

18000 ) Safety and Occupational Health, ( ISO 17025 ) Laboratory Accreditation.

Capacity:-

The Factory contain of more than three production lines, each lines has produce

more than 3 to 4 products of pastry, Cakes and Cupcakes. However there are Italian

lines for Cakes and Cupcake with a production capacity 10.000 piece per hour.

Moreover, the French lines produce several types of pastry with production capacity
