    High self-esteem can mean we are comfortablewith who we are. People with high self-esteemoften have the confidence to achieve their full

    Low self-esteem means that we do not value ourtrue worth. This can lead to feeling helpless and

    not being in charge of our lives, even feelingresentment or blaming others. With lowself-esteem we are unlikely to achieve all wecould, or be all we could be.

    The Effects of Low Self-

    Esteem With low self-esteem, we often fail to recognise

    what we do achieve and feel good about it

    Low self-esteem can make us feel excluded

    and disconnected with society

    They dont believe in themselves.

    They see themselves failing before they begin.

    They have a hard time forgiving their mistakes

    and make themselves pay the price forever.

    they will be ridiculed.

    They are dissatisfied with their lives.

    They spend most of their time alone.
