Applications are invited to attend "Interview (in-person/ online through video conferencing in MS

Teams) " for the following posts in Sub Project-4: Chemo-Profiling of Sesame Germplasm,

Component 2 under a DBT funded network project “Mainstreaming of Sesame germplasm for

productivity enhancement through genomics assisted core development and trait discovery”

at ICAR- IARI, New Delhi as mentioned below.

Owing to the prevailing COVID-19 crisis, candidates may choose for interview either in

person or through online process. The eligible candidates (appearing in-person as well as

online mode) are requested to send their application in the enclosed proforma along with

scanned copy of the original documents to the concerned PI’s e-mail addresses as given

below latest by June 2, 2020. After screening the applications, the eligible candidates will be

informed for further details regarding interview by email or over phone. Original

JRF/Project Associate I : Rs. 31,000/- (Consolidated per month) + 24% HRA (first

two years); 35,000/- + 24% HRA from 3rd year onwards

Scientific Administrative Assistant/Field worker : Rs. 18.000/- (Consolidated per month) + 24% HRA

The above position will be on purely temporary basis and is co-terminus with the project. The initial

appointment will be for a period of 6 months extendable thereafter upon satisfactory performance. The selected

candidate shall not claim any regular appointment at this institute or at ICAR at the end of contract. The competent

authority will have the right to decide the mode of appointment (i.e. adoption of any additional test of

competence as required for the respective position) if required. The competent authority also reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time without assigning any reason/notice. Interested candidate must report
