About KochiKochi formerly known as Cochin, is a city in the Indian state of Kerala. Dear colleagues,

We take great pleasure in inviting you for the 9th Annual Conference of the Clinical Infectious Diseases Society, CIDSCON 2019, to be held at Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Center, Kochi, Kerala on 23-25 August 2019.

Since its inception, the Clinical Infectious Diseases Society has been striving for the advancement of Infectious Diseases specialty in India through its constantly evolving programs. The theme of the conference is ‘Simplifying the evidence- the next step for progress in Infectious Diseases’, and will focus on a range of topics from common infections in clinical practice to transplant-related infections.

The major aim of the conference is to provide state-of-the-art evidence-based information in the field of Infectious Diseases. The scientific sessions will include lectures delivered by highly qualified and experienced faculties in the respective fields, debates on controversial topics, and interactive case discussions. The carefully chosen topics will be of great benefit to practicing physicians and academicians in the field of medicine including Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Critical Care, Pulmonology, Microbiology, Transplant Medicine, and Clinical Research. It will be a unique opportunity for postgraduates, fellows, and residents to present their work, interact, share their thoughts, and learn from the national and international experts in the field of Infectious Diseases.
