PROJECT OVERVIEW: SPDC as the operator of the Cawthorne Channel, Awoba and Krakama fields intends to carry out further oil development on the facilities. The project work scope includes but is not limited to the following: Expansion of flow station production capacity from a single train (30Mbd) to double train
flow station (2 x 30Mbd); piling & extension of the existing flow station platform and installation of various production skid-mounted vessels and equipments.
Upgrade of Flow station instrumentation and control from pneumatic to electronic using foundation field bus technology for five (5) Flow stations. (CawCh1, 2, 3, Awoba & Krakama Flow stations).
Change out of existing gas engine driven reciprocating crude oil pumps, to electric motor driven centrifugal pumps in CawCh1, 2, 3, Awoba stations with associated electrical upgrade works.
Installation of Gaslift manifolds and tie-in to the gas sales manifold. Flow station Information technology (IT) upgrade. HIMA Safe Guarding System (SGS) Installation and Commissioning.

PROJECT OVERVIEW: This intent of this project is to Install and Commission Senior Daniel Orifice (SDOF) and Upgrade the chart recorders to Flow Computers for process metering.
The project work scope includes but is not limited to the following:
Sizing, procurement and replacement of Pietro Fiorentini orifice fittings with SDOF and orifice plates for the required flow regimes.
Replacement of chart recorders with Floboss 407 Flow computers powered by solar panels.
Training of SNG operators on the functions and operations of the installations.

PROJECT OVERVIEW: SPDC carried out an accelerated electronic Instrumentation system for CAO/SCADA project at the flow stations, compressor and gas plant facilities for Sapele and Olomoro Fields. Weltek provided the Electronic Instrumentation and Control Systems in the flow stations, compressor stations and gas plants to address Gaslift Optimization, well testing, production accounting and essential facility monitoring.
The project work scope includes but was not limited to the following:
• Installation of Field instrumentation for detection, measurement and control of relevant process parameters/conditions.
• Installation of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) in the facilities for receiving and processing measurement and control signals and for interfacing with local operator and remote CAO system.
• Provision of routine and non-routine maintenance services for a period of nine (9) months. • Installation of Instrument air system for Gaslift manifold. • Procurement of all materials and equipment. • Operator staff training on the instrumentation System.

CLIENT: CHEVRON NIGERIA LIMITED PROJECT OVERVIEW: This project seeks to upgrade the Power generation capability and controls to accommodate anticipated electrical load increases due to the expansion of the Lekki Estate. The upgrade was in fact to dismantle the existing generators and add 3 x 2.25 kVA, 11KV generators working as standby units to the public utility power generation while maintaining the existing estate ring main system. The work scope includes but is not limited to the following: Detailed engineering design for the construction (Civil & Electrical).
