Visa for your employees

Services we offer :

In UAE, the residence visa for expatriates is mostly issued by the registered employer, i.e.

only on employment condition. The employer sponsors the employee and the employer

is responsible to get the work permit from the Ministry of Labour, or in case of Free Zone,

the identity card issued by the Free Zone authority.

Visa can also be sponsored by the spouse and Dependent Visa can be issued depending

upon the person’s financial health. AED 4000/month salary to bring family (spouse and

kids) and AED 20000/month salary to bring parents.

Nationals of GCC State do not require Visa from the employer, but in both the cases (GCC

National or Dependent), the employer is obliged to procure work permit.

Once they get the Visa, it is mandatory for all the employees to apply for the Emirates ID

Card as part of residency visa process.

Residency Visas are valid for two years (three years if issued by a Free Zone).

The Residency Visa process normally comprises of the following steps:

• Entry by the individual into the UAE for employment purposes

• Application for residency submitted to the immigration authorities

• Security and background checks undertaken on the individual. Certain nationalities

are currently barred from obtaining new UAE residency visas

• Undergoing a medical examination. This usually consists of a blood test and chest

X-Ray to essentially identify infectious diseases. The presence of certain infectious

diseases will lead to the application for residency being automatically rejected

• Application for Work Permit / Identity Card and Emirates ID card

• Submission of application to have the Residency Visa stamped in the passport
