    The aim :

The involvement of the left main lesions in the genesis of acute coronary syndromes3 the

com4le5ity of the lesions and the method of revasculari/ation are im4ortant factors

in6uencing the short and long term survival1 The aim of this study 7as to evaluate the

    incremental value of the Coronary Com4uted Tomogra4hy "ngiogra4hy 8CCT"9 in 4roviding

ne7 information to the classical coronarogra4hy for the characteri/ation of left main lesions

    and in 4redicting the 4rocedural com4le5ity in 4atients 7ith signi0cant left main stenosis1

    Study 1

     This 4ros4ective3 non(randomi/ed study included a num2er of ; 4atients 7ith acute

    coronary syndrome 7ithout ST elevation in 7hich coronarogra4hy sho7ed a signi0cant !M
