TA100CColor Multimedia Fingerprint Time Attendance System

A fingerprint verification terminal is designed to record time and attendance by using biometrics trait, i.e. fingerprint. Its purpose is to replace the conventional punch card system as well as other card systems for time & attendance function. The fingerprint terminals are capable of recognizing recorded fingerprint templates in seconds and have therefore been successful in eliminating buddy-punching activity, one of the major problems in human resource management.

TA100C Series terminals are able to store 12,000 fingerprint templates and 200,000 transaction logs, at any given time and those transactions can be downloaded and cleared up using our management software the TCMS V2. TA100C Series also offers TA100C-R, fingerprint time & attendance system with an RFID card function, TA100TC color multimedia with touch screen system, TA100TCR color multimedia system with card function and a touch screen.

TA300 is the latest time attendance machine from FingerTec that works like a mobile gadget, a desktop standalone fingerprint reader that does not require installation. The simplicity and mobility of TA300 makes it suitable for tasks that require attendance on the go such as training centers, tuition centers, construction workers, etc. Having an internal battery that can last up to 5 hours of normal usage, TA300 is not only competitively priced, it is also providing extra convenience to users.

TA300 model is ideal for small and medium companies that are looking for cost effective time clocking system that can increase efficiency in managing human resources. Employees checks in and out using TA300, and by the end of the day, all you need to do is to plug the USB cable into your PC and download the data into powerful TCMS V2 software for attendance reports.

TA300 can contain up to 500 fingerprint templates and 30000 transactions per terminal. TA300 really gives you value for you money! Choose TA300 for simple attendance and attendance on-the-go!

Note: Default TA300 is not embedded with any card reader but TA300 is compatible with three types of card technologies separately; If you require RFID, HID or MiFare reader in your TA300, contact us to order.

EASY ENROLMENT Enroll and take attendance with TA300 in a few easy steps. You can choose to enroll at the terminal or you can do it via TCMS V2 software. From the terminal, push Enroll FP button and follow the instructions given by the machine. Password and Card enrolment also can be done at the terminal itself.

EASY DATA DOWNLOAD Downloading of data to TCMS V2 in a PC is easy with TA300; all you need to do is to plug in the USB cable from TA300 to a PC to download data to TCMS V2.

EASY USER MANAGEMENT You can delete users from the terminal by pressing on the DelUser button. However please make sure that you have enrolled administrator to the system to avoid unauthorized deletion.

EASY INSTALLATION TA300 doesn’t need any installation. Just place the terminal on any surface and start using TA300 with ease.

Keylock 8800 offers fingerprint verification method, password and card system, all in one machine for a very convenient operation process. Enrollment and management of users are made easy by an LCD screen and simple buttons. There are 3 levels of user available to manage the system effectively. An administrator or a supervisor can do addition, deletion and amendment of user(s) easily at the machine itself. Unlike other mechanical doorlocks, which cannot extract any data stored in the lock, Keylock 8800 is designed to allow data transmission via USB.

It is time to scrap the outdated manual punch card system and adopt an efficient time attendance system with the new TimeLine 100. Introducing the TimeLine 100, an RFID card system with a difference, specifically designed for office time attendance system.

The TimeLine 100 can handle huge employee base, as the system offers up to 10,000 employee IDs and it can store up to 30,000 transactions per terminal. It's stylish design with LCD and soft-touch keypad buttons make the TimeLine 100 an efficient card system for your office use. The TimeLine 100 is easy to install via TCP/IP and the TCMS V2 software setup is straightforward. The TCMS V2 is Windows based time attendance software complete with various types of report for attendance tracking and monitoring.

Kadex, access control & time attendance card reader supports card ID, 5-digit password or a combination of both. Kadex terminal works with security alarm system to alert users in case of break in and when duress function is used. The terminal can integrate with fire alarm system to unlock all doors when the alarm is triggered. Kadex communicates with computer via TCP/IP and it allows data transfer using USB flash disk to eliminate extra wiring and in case of failed connections.

m-Kadex is a simpler version of Kadex. The terminal functions similarly like Kadex but it is designed without any keypads or LCD. The management of m-Kadex must be carried out through the software except for enrollment and deletion of card users, which can be performed at the terminal by a person holding an administrator card.

i-Kadex is a slave reader to complement Kadex and m-Kadex for a professional access control functions. It reads the most commonly used Wiegand protocol and it is made waterproof and dustproof (IP65) for a longer lasting access control device.

FingerTec® R2 and R2i are the latest complete fingerprint door access and time attendance systems. FingerTec® R2, embedded with 8M-Flash memory, works as a master reader keeping all information and transactions of users intact in the reader and FingerTec® R2i works as a slave reader to read fingerprint. Data from the master readers are accessible through the powerful FingerTec software, TCMS V2.
