VISION

To produce competent technocrats and managers those are good human

beings and possess aptitude for research and leadership to serve the society.

MISSION

Activity Description

1. Prabhat Pheri :

PrabhatPheri and Dawandi is done on the first day in order to explain

Schedule of Prayas and for “Jan-Jagruti.”

2. Computer Literacy:

In 21st century computer is the tool of learning.The main emphasis of

PRAYASis on spreading computer awareness in rural areas and creating the

spark in them



3. Teacher training :

Teachers training, where teacher became students and student became

instructor to spread computer literacy among rural teaching staff.

4.Scientific toys and Vedic maths :

Easy and fun making techniques made two most tedious subjects,

science and maths student friendly. This activity is taken in between

teaching student about computer for giving some extra thing rather then

computer.

5. Career Guidance and Men –Women Empowerment :

Prayas showed students ocean of knowledge, ways to follow them and how

to achieve their dreams. Guidance of teenage growth with providing

awareness of harmful effects of tobacco and alcohol is provided to the

students.

6. Tree Plantation :

Importance of trees to our mother earth is guided by volunteers. Main focus

was not only to plant the trees but harvesting it in the future.



7. Blood Donation:

Not only Prayas members but also villagers proved the slogan

“Blood donation-True contribution in empowerment of nation”

8. Free Dental Check up :

Free dental check up was organised to spread awareness amongst villagers

about hygiene and tooth care.



9. Competitions:

Prayas not only encouraged academic activities but also took co-curricular

and extra-curricular activities like

SPORTS {Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Running}

Extra-curricular (Elocution, Drawing, Essay competition}

10.Prize Distribution :

Prayas encourages the students to keep sportsmanship in their life and

nourish their skill and maintain it in future also.
