CONDITION MONITORING

• Carry out equipment measurements to collect required data as per the schedule

• Ensure that oil samples are collected from all major gearboxes as per the schedule and send for analysis

• Carry out periodic internal inspection of equipment as per the schedule or as and when required

• Data analysis and prepare the report in consultation with the Team Leader

• Ensure the availability and accuracy of CM equipment

• Review and revise (if required) the CM schedule as per the site conditions in consultation with the Team Leader

• Enter all collected data in SAP and prepare monthly report

• Ensure compliance of all statutory regulations at the project site

• Report to the management on the progress and deviation from the original timelines or approved budget

• Coordinate the trial burn with the HO trial burn team and 3rd party emission monitoring agency

• Prepare & optimize the usage plan for each waste stream

• Communicate the requirement to plant supply chain regularly for formulating the delivery schedules

• Send daily, monthly and quarterly AFR utilization reports to HO and Regional Supply Chain Head


• Coordinate for timely analysis of the waste samples during regular and fingerprint analysis

• Ensure feeding system is installed and maintained for every new waste

• Ensure that non-conformity in waste received should be reported to the plant supply chain
