    The Economics o Efc

ACCCThe Worlds Most Efcient High Capacity Transmission Conductor

CTC Global a privately held corporation headquartered in Irvine,Caliornia promotes efciency, increased capacity and improved

reliability o both new and existing transmission systems. CTC Globals

principle business is the manuacture and sale o the ACCC core

used in the production o ACCC conductor. The company also

provides ancillary components such as dead-ends and splices,

and provides engineering, installation and warranty support or all o its products.

All components produced by CTC and its stranding partners are certifed to ISO

    9001-2008 Standards.

CTC Global produces fnished conductor in association with a growing team

o qualifed regional stranding partners. ACCC core is produced, tested and

certifed at CTC Global and then stranded with trapezoidal shaped aluminum

by qualifed ACCC conductor licensees who then ship the fnished conductor to

    customers worldwide.

    Increase Capacity without Compromise

The ACCC conductor oers industry-leading capacity

and efciency through any range o operating temperatures

compared to any other conductor type o the same

diameter and weight. The ACCC conductors high strength

and low thermal sag provides planners and engineers

an efcient means o increasing capacity - and improving

efciency and reliability - without compromising

structural integrity or sae ground clearances.

    Maximize Efciency and Returns

Increased capacity and a 30% to 40% reduction in

line losses under any load condition improve fnancial

returns year ater year over the lie o the asset. The

ACCC conductor operates cooler than any other overhead

conductor under any load condition, delivering morepower more efciently with greater pay back.

    Improve Reliability & Compliance

The ACCC conductors combination o superior strength,

high capacity and low thermal sag make it uniquely

suited or addressing issues o reliability and regulatory

compliance providing utilities with an eective and

economical solution or thermally constrained lines.

    CTC Global Technical Support

CTC Globals support sta stands ready to provide project

development, design, and installation assistance. The

ACCC conductor can be analyzed using any commercially

available line design program such as PLS CADD,

Sag 10, or CTC Globals own Conductor Comparison &

Line Optimization Program (CCP). Please contact
