! Excelerate’s Corporate Controller since August 2008. Prior to joining Excelerate, Mr. Hormann was in Audit and Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP, and worked for Private Equity Funds on IPO and M&A transactions.
! Mr. Hormann graduated from Trinity University with a B.S. in Accounting, Finance and a Master’s degree from the University of Houston.
! More than ten years of both domestic and international experience in finance and accounting areas such as general ledger, consolidations, analysis, financial and management reporting
! Industries such as chemical, retail, automation, IT, insurance, power generation/distribution, emissions allowances and LNG transportation and trading
! Experience in implementation and enhancements in ERP systems such as SAP (ECC/BPC) and other ERP and consolidation packages
