(136) (112) (80) (110) (121) (173)
Additional 1200 3G sites will be deployed after May’15. (June=300, July=400, August=500)
Targeted Month Total
Apr'15 518
May'15 214
Total= 732
Additional within 07Apr = 200
IN TOTAL = 932
Our Target is
1690 3G sites
within May’15
Mach’15 ONAIR target 600 So far we have achieved 535
If BW is executed as per plan, we will request ARO to update limited BW plan and hold the 3G site
We will ensure IP path ready (AMR setting, Software upgradation, port speed, EMS etc.) for executing 3G PAT smoothly
We must ensure Data SIM for checking 3G speed at any time
We also check voice call and video streaming are running simultaneously. Before updating checklist accept conditionally
Check QoS setting (ARO responsible), EMS (existing link RO & new link ARO responsible) all over HOP
If battery installed as per EMPS feedback, we will accept the site

During any nodes expansion (and also for new nodes ), Service Operation (SO) will not put any live traffic until acceptance clearance regarding the power redundancy is received.
SO and RO will jointly participate during the hardware acceptance to avoid any possible ambiguity and will check and confirm that power redundancy is rightly ensured.
